About Logistics, Packing & Payment
What is the standard packing method for ferroalloys?
We typically use ton bags (1 MT/bag) or 25kg small bags, wrapped with moisture-proof woven outer bags. Each package includes an internal Material Test Certificate to ensure moisture and damage protection during ocean freight.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) . For new clients, we generally suggest 30% deposit in advance + 70% balance payment, or L/C at sight to effectively mitigate risks for both parties.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and delivery lead time?
The MOQ is typically one standard container (approx. 20–25 metric tons) . The delivery time is generally 15–25 days after order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment.
